We are providing 100% FREE shipping on all Rakhi Gifts to USA & Canada. There is not any kind of additional shipping charge on the orders..

As Raksha Bandhan ( Rakhi ) festival is on 15th August 2019, all the Rakhi orders shall be dispatched 10th August 2019 onwards on the priority basis. If you want us to deliver the order early then please mention the approximate delivery date in the instruction box while placing an online order.

Indian Gifts Express Vendor Merchant Partners will take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities, where they have used (eg. USPS, DHL etc.) to ship your order.

We request Users to make sure before placing their order for Interior Locations / Country Side / Rural Area Addresses are serviced properly by USA and Canada Postal Service and if not, then we insist that they should not place their orders for such locations to avoid dissatisfaction.

Once dispatching the order, If order / product will return to us / vendor because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

Returns / Refund Policy

  • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the order.
  • Any complaint with regards to the damage or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
  • Bad Address: - If the pin-code number in the provided address is missing or if the address is insufficient or very interior. Also if the contact number is not working then will not be issuing any Refund.
  • House Locked: - If on the provided address the premises are closed and the delivery of the parcel is attempted by the respective courier company then the Refund or Reshipping of the order will not be possible.
  • Receiver Not Available: - If on the provided address the receiver is not available or the receiver has changed their house then to redirect the parcel or to issue the Refund will not work out.
  • If the order is returned to us due to any of the above reasons then to reship the Order or to Refund will not be possible. Apart from the above reasons, even if the parcel gets returned to us due to error made by the sender then is not liable for the Refund.
  • Any address change request shall not be entertained if the order is already being shipped out from the warehouse. The refund will also not be possible in such cases.
  • No timely delivery will be committed to the customer if the order is placed after the cut-off time mentioned on the website. The orders will be entertained on priority basis after the cut-off time.
  • If the customer is informing about the cancellation of the order once it is placed then the same shall not be entertained.
  • If any of the order is missed out by the team ( then in such cases Full Refund will be issued to the customer.
  • If there is any error in the product delivered to the receiver then is such cases the option of Free Replacement or Refund will be provided to the customer.
